Located on Rambla Armenia in Montevideo, this high-end residential development seeks to become the first building in the country to obtain LEED Platinum certification in the Core & Shell category, consolidating its pioneering character in sustainability within the Uruguayan real estate market.

Impact

The installation of a VRF heat pump system improves the energy efficiency of the building compared to conventional natural gas technologies.This is the first REIF operation under the Sustainability-Linked Loan (SLL) scheme. A model that links the financial conditions to the fulfillment of sustainability goals, such as the preparation of an annual report under GRI standards and the recovery or reuse of at least 50% of the waste generated on site.
