Impact

The purchase of heat pumps improves energy efficiency compared to conventional heating and cooling solutions. This reduces the primary energy demand required to fulfill the same functions and, consequently, reduces greenhouse gas emissions.

Non-reimbursable technical assistance

REIF offers comprehensive technical assistance that includes recording, monitoring and reporting avoided greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions (tCO₂); monitoring gender and impact indicators annually during the credit period; preparing a sustainability report; and implementing gender equality practices in the workplace, using the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) as a reference.
