PROJECT

Electric scooters in last mile delivery

Swapy

Summary

Swapy drives the adoption of electric scooters for last-mile delivery based on a subscription-based HaaS (Hardware as a Service) model. The project establishes a battery exchange network where users can easily swap their depleted battery for a charged one at designated stations, avoiding delays. This approach contributes to decarbonizing the delivery industry and facilitates the integration of sustainable technologies.
