The overall objective of the MTR is to assess progress towards the achievement of the key objectives and results of the Joint Program (JP), both in developmental and financial terms, in accordance with the Project Document. In addition, early indications of programmatic success or failure will be assessed with the objective of identifying possible changes that should be made to put the JP on track to achieve its intended results. The MTR will also review the JP strategy and its risks to sustainability.
