Alternative Fuels from Recovered Waste - Market Analysis and Proposed Technical and Regulatory Provisions

The study analyzes the technical, economic, and commercial feasibility of developing the alternative fuels market in Uruguay using waste with energy recovery potential. It takes an integrated approach to supply and demand, production costs, regulatory and logistical constraints, and opportunities for the development of associated value chains.
The study covers a broad range of energy recovery alternatives, including CDR/CSR from municipal and industrial waste, recovered mineral oils, biochar, and blending schemes.
