The technologies acquired by the company reduce fossil fuel consumption, optimize energy use, and consequently reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Because of the socio-environmental risk associated with the project, the company complies with Decree 349 of 2005, which regulates environmental impact assessments, and submits the corresponding authorizations.
